Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) said last week he would push legislation allowing the use of military tribunals to prosecute terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay. The Supreme Court ruled last week that President Bush overstepped his authority in setting up the military tribunals, declaring that they were illegal under U.S. and international law. (AP)
